Viyah Events first meets with clients for a free consultation to discuss the wedding or event that they are planning. Before the meeting we ask you to return a short consultation form so that we are well prepared and get an idea of the brief. On the day we will then go through the form and discuss any ideas and requirements.

This meeting is a friendly and informal chance for us to get to know each other and is without obligation. With any supplier that you use it is important that you get on with them and feel that you can entrust them with your special event.

Following the consultation we’ll promptly send you a proposal and detailed quote. If you’re happy we’ll take it from there.
